About Me

I have spent my life wondering which career would bring me true happiness. I have had some amazing bosses who were true leaders and guided me. I have had some terrible bosses who used and disrespected me. Through it all I have always had the feeling that this is not where I'm meant to be. There has got to be something better than this.

So there I was sitting on my couch, doom scrolling Booktok and it hits me. This is what I love. I need to find a career in books. I'm scouring all the book stores and libraries in my area but alas no one was hiring. Either that or the pay was so terrible there was no way I could survive working there. I felt defeated!

I thought to myself, "I can do this without them. I don't need no man! I'm a strong independent woman!" You know? So here I am! Doing what I love, books, crafting, herbalism, etc. I have big ideas and an itty bitty bank account, but I'm chasing my joy!

I hope to one day make this little book store something that brings smiles to faces and joy to hearts!
